WAMEND signup sheet I-1329

These are primarily intended to be given to workshop attendees (which need to be made up by workshop leaders) while in the workshop.

Workshop attendees are encouraged to make copies as needed for their involvement.  This might be getting the Slim Jim reproduced to hand out, getting the general WAmend signup sheet filled out and mailed back to grow our database for the emailed newsletter and to be able to send messages and mobilize as many people as possible.

The WAmend signup sheet is the “backbone” of growing this I-1329 movement.
