MoveOn – Seattle Council:  MoveOn’s Seattle Council’s 750 members are involved in many social and economic issues that affect people every day. They promote solutions to issues as wide ranging as health care, climate and energy, education, public safety, economic justice and sustainability, civil rights and liberties, taxes and political responsiveness.

Metropolitan Democratic Club The Metropolitan Democratic Club of Seattle promotes good government through educational programming, social discourse, and support for progressive public policy, candidates, and campaigns.

Occupy Bellingham, in unison with the global occupation movements taking place in hundreds of cities across our nation and in over 80 countries worldwide, is organizing to end corporate personhood, get money out of politics, and promote complete transparency in finance and government.

Public Citizen serves as the people’s voice in the nation’s capital. Since its founding in 1971, it have delved into an array of areas (Congress Watch division, the Energy Program, Global Trade Watch, the Health Research Group and Litigation Group), but its work on each issue shares an overarching goal: To ensure that all citizens are represented in the halls of power.
